McBride plc(the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:
Mark Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Company that on 16 September 2026 he sold110,000ordinary shares of10peach in the Company (each a "Share") for a price of£1.9012per Share.This sale was completed for financial planning purposes.
Following the sale, Mark Strickland holds an aggregate of 741,790 Shares.
