SAIC Wins U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s $742 Million Recompete Contract for Traveler and Cargo Security Systems

RESTON, Va., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Science Applications International Corp. (NASDAQ: SAIC) announced today it has been awarded a $742 million recompete task order to provide full-scale support for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) systems that are essential to securing our borders and assessing security risk from travelers and cargo entering our country. This award further cements SAIC’s critical role in helping CBP drive an integrated border security mission.

As the prime contractor, SAIC will provide comprehensive systems support, including software development, operations, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements. The work will help CBP rapidly respond to evolving technologies, threats, and mission requirements in support of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initiatives to strengthen U.S. border security, protect the American people, and support national economic prosperity. The task order was issued under Alliant 2 and has a period of performance from September 15, 2026, through September 14, 2031.
