1 Press release Iccrea Banca: S&P Global ratings revised the outlook to "positive " from " stable ".
Mauro Pastore, General Manager of BCC Iccrea Group: "Further recognition of the solidity and effectiveness of our business model".
Rome, 29 September 2026 The rating agency S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on the "BBB" long -
term rating on Iccrea Banca to “positive ” from “stable”.
The outlook revision to positive primarily reflects the continued strengthening of the Group's solvency .
In particular, S&P estimates the RAC1 ratio could remain above 15% over the period 2026 -2028, on the back of a strong organic capital generation supported by a good earnings capacity , strong risk controls and modest dividend distribution.
Mauro Pastore, General Manager of the BCC Iccrea Group, commented:
"S&P's positive rating action adds to the numerous positive recognitions achieved in recent years and represents further confirmation of the solidity of our Group and the soundness of the path undertaken. A disciplined and responsible growth path , which has allowed us to progressively strengthen our fundamentals, while remaining close to local communities , families and businesses".
