A seguito dell’offerta su Commerzbank l’agenzia di rating Standard & Poor’s (“S&P”) ha confermato oggi i rating , con outlook positivo , per UniCredit SpA e le sue controllate tedesc a e austriac a.
L’Issuer Credit Rating (“ICR”) e il Senior Preferred rating sono stati entrambi confermati a ‘A-’, mentre il rating di credito a breve termine dell’emittente è stato confermato ad ‘A-2’. Le prospettive rimangono positive.
Secondo S&P, l’integrazione delle attività di Commerzbank nel gruppo potrebbe aprire la possibilità di assegnare a UniCredit SpA un rating di due livelli superiore al rating sovrano dell’Italia.
Il profilo di credito autonomo di UniCredit SpA è stato confermato ad ‘a-‘, mentre i rating di controparte a lungo e a breve termine sono stati confermati rispettivamente ad ‘A’ e ‘A-1’.

S&P confirms Positive outlook following the offer on Commerzbank and says UniCredit could be rated two notches above the sovereign
The rating agency Standard & Poor’s (“S&P”) has today affirmed the rating s with Positive outlook for UniCredit SpA and its German and Austrian subsidiaries following the offer on Commerzbank .
The Issuer Credit Rating s (“ICR”) and Senior Preferred rating s have both been affirmed at ‘A-’, while the Short -Term Issuer Credit Rating has been affirmed at ‘A-2’. The outlooks remain Positive .
According to S&P, the addition of Commerzbank operations to the group could open the possibility of rating UniCredit SpA two notches higher than the sovereign rating of Italy.
The Stand -Alone Credit Profile of UniCredit SpA has been affirmed at ‘a-’, while Long-
and Short-Term Resolution Counterparty Ratings have been affirmed at ‘A’ and ‘A-1’, respectively.
