Riesling Ventures AB publishes a supplement to the offer document regarding the offer to the shareholders of Viva Wine Group AB

On 29 June 2026, Late Harvest Wine Holding 1971 AB^[1], Vin & Vind AB^[2] and Legendum Capital AB^[3] (together, the "Consortium"), acting through Riesling Ventures AB^[4] (the "Offeror"), announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Viva Wine Group AB ("Viva Wine Group") to tender all shares^[5] in Viva Wine Group to the Offeror (the "Offer"). An offer document was made public on 30 July 2026 (the "Offer Document").

On 20 August 2026, Viva Wine Group published its interim report for the period 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026. On account thereof, the Offeror has prepared a supplement to the Offer Document (the "Supplement"), which includes the interim report. The Supplement has today been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The Supplement has been made public and is, together with the Offer Document, available on the Offer website (www.offer-uncorked.com).

The Supplement should be read together with, and forms an integrated part of, the Offer Document in every aspect.
