Richard Zwicky to Present on Relational Intelligence at Campden Wealth's Family Dynamics & Office Forum in Vancouver

VICTORIA, BC, September 11, 2026. Richard Zwicky, Founder and CEO of Memores Software Inc., will present on Relational Intelligence (RQ) at Campden Wealth's North American Family Dynamics & Office Forum, taking place September 15 to 16, 2026, in Vancouver, Canada. The forum brings together family office and family business leaders from around the world to address family governance, generational transitions, and the professionalization of the family office.
Zwicky's session, "Relational Intelligence: The Early Warning System for Multi-Generational Wealth," argues that the greatest threat to any organization, not just generational wealth, is not market volatility or tax policy, but the relationships that carry it: within the family, with its advisors, and with the businesses it manages.
"Nobody promotes a manager by handing them the company on a date," Zwicky's presentation states. "Every serious organization runs the same four-step sequence for developing key team members: a real mandate, an outside coach, an honest debrief, a next date. Authority only moves with the completion of the sequence. When we fail to observe this sequence, the entire organization suffers."
At the center of the presentation is Zwicky's account of Relational Intelligence as something that can be read continuously and objectively rather than assessed once a year by survey, or subjectively based on emotions.
