On 12 August 2026, the Trustee announced an invitation to holders of the Certificates to consent to certain modifications of the terms and conditions of the Certificates and the documents relating to the Certificates, all as further described in the consent solicitation memorandum dated 12 August 2026 (the "Consent Solicitation Memorandum"). Capitalised terms used in this notice and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Consent Solicitation Memorandum.
Results of the Adjourned Meeting
The adjourned Meeting to consider the Extraordinary Resolution and, if thought fit, pass the Extraordinary Resolution was held earlier today and was quorate, the Eligibility Condition was satisfied and the Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed.
All Certificates blocked for the purpose of the Consent Solicitation will be unblocked as soon as practicable.
The Trustee expects to pay the Consent Fee on or around the second Business Day following the date on which the Optional Dissolution Call Right is exercised (the "Fee Payment Date"). Further announcements will be made by the Trustee in connection with any exercise of the Optional Dissolution Call Right, and providing confirmation of the Fee Payment Date accordingly.
