RESULT OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING: APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITING FIRM Milan, October 9, 2026. Cloudia Research S.p.A., an innovative SME active in the digital transformation sector with specialized offerings in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Cloud, and AI ("Cloudia Research" or the "Company"), listed on Euronext Growth Milan, meeting today under the chairmanship of Marcantonio Angelo Merafina, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting was held today to approve the appointment of the new independent auditors. The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting unanimously resolved to appoint Audirevi S.p.A. as statutory auditor for the three-year period 2025–2027. The appointment was made upon proposal by the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
