Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that the ordinary resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the circular published by the Company on 15 July 2026 (the "Circular") was duly passed on a poll at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today (the "Meeting"). The full text of the resolution (the "Resolution") is contained in the Circular.
The results of the poll, as certified by the Company's registrar as scrutineer, are set out below:

As at 10.00 a.m. on 30 July 2026, being the voting record time for the Meeting, the Company's issued share capital comprised 49,646,234 Ordinary Shares, each carrying the right to one vote. No Ordinary Shares were held in treasury and, accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company at that time was 49,646,234.
In accordance with UKLR 6.4.2R, a copy of the Resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
