Result of Director Subscription
MicroSalt (AIM: SALT), a leading manufacturer of full-flavour natural salt containing approximately 50% less sodium, following its Result of Subscription announcement released on 24 September 2026, is pleased to announce that certain Directors and PDMRs have conditionally subscribed for, in aggregate, 1,079,466 Director Subscription Shares at the Issue Price of 14 pence per Ordinary Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately £151,000 / US$202,000 (before expenses).
On issue, each Director Subscription Share will have one Fundraising Warrant attached, in aggregate, 1,079,466, on the same terms as those attached to the Subscription Shares and Retail Offer Shares. Each Fundraising Warrant conditionally entitles the holder to subscribe for one Warrant Share at an exercise price of 14 pence.
The Director Subscription is conditional on, among other things, shareholders approving the Resolutions at the General Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 2 October 2026, and on Admission. Admission of the Fundraising Shares to trading on AIM is expected to become effective, and dealings are expected to begin, at 8:00 a.m. on 5 October 2026.
