At the Petrel Resources plc Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held on 23rd July 2026 at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, 13-17 Newmarket, The Liberties, Dublin 8, all the resolutions which were set out in the notice of AGM were duly passed.
