Result of Annual General Meeting
Truetide plc (AIM: TRUE) is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed. The Board notes the voting in relation to resolutions 7 and 8 and is committed to continuing an open dialogue with the Company's shareholders. Following the voting at the AGM, where it is able to, the Board will seek to engage with those shareholders who are understood to have voted against resolutions 7 and 8 to understand their views and/or any specific concerns.
