Result of AGM
First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held today, 24 September 2026, all Resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on a poll.
As announced this morning, Resolutions 7, 8 and 9 as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 14 August 2026 were withdrawn prior to the meeting and were therefore not put to shareholders. These comprised the Directors' authority to allot shares (Resolution 7), the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights (Resolution 8) and the Company's authority to make market purchases of its own Ordinary Shares (Resolution 9). Any proxy votes lodged in respect of these resolutions have been disregarded.
Resolutions 1 to 6 were proposed and passed as Ordinary Resolutions.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights at 22 September 2026 was 147,843,109 (excluding 5,718,783 Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
As previously announced, the final dividend of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid on 29 September 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 August 2026.
