Result of AGM
Cooks Coffee(NZX:CCC; AQUIS:COOK)announces that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on 29 September 2026, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. All of the resolutions put to shareholders were approved.
The poll voting results will be made available on the Company’s website.
