Resolutions at Sleep Cycle's Extraordinary General Meeting 2026

At the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) of Sleep Cycle AB (publ) on 5 August 2026, the following was resolved.

Number of Board members
The EGM resolved that the number of members of the Board of Directors shall be five (5) without deputies.

Board fees
The EGM resolved that for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, remuneration to the Board members shall be paid in the amount of SEK 500,000 to the Chairperson and SEK 250,000 to each of the other members. No separate remuneration shall be paid for committee work.

Election of Board of Directors
All current members of the Board of Directors announced that they will resign from their positions in connection with the EGM. The EGM resolved to elect Andreas Källström Säfweräng, Matilda Elfving Hauan, Anna Bäck, Henrik Torstensson and Steve Savoca as new members of the Board of Directors for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Andreas Källström Säfweräng was elected as the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Information regarding the new members of the Board of Directors is provided below.

Andreas Källström Säfweräng

• Current positions: Partner and Head of Consumer Sector, Altor Equity Partners. Chair of the Board of Directors of CCM Hockey, Audiowell Group, and Aarke. Board member of NOD – Network of Design.
• Prior positions: Chair of the Board of Directors, RevolutionRace (RVRC Holding AB). Board member of Marshall Group, CTEK, Konfidents, Infotheek, Meltwater, O'Learys and Piab.
• Independence in relation to the Company and management: Yes
• Independence in relation to major shareholders: No

Matilda Elfving Hauan

• Current positions: Director, Altor Equity Partners. Member of the Board of Directors of Aarke.
• Prior positions: Member of the Board of Directors of Svea Solar and Circulose.
• Independence in relation to the Company and management: Yes
• Independence in relation to major shareholders: No

Anna Bäck

• Current positions: Chair of the Board of Directors of Getswish and Tradera. Board member of Nordnet Bank, Permobil, Systembolaget, and Viaplay, amongst others.
• Prior positions: Chair of the Board of Directors of Precis Digital. CEO, Kivra. Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company. COO, Veryday. CTO, Glocalnet. Several other positions.
• Independence in relation to the Company and management: Yes
• Independence in relation to major shareholders: Yes

Henrik Torstensson

• Current positions: Partner, Alliance VC. Board member, Lifesum and Lightbringer.
• Prior positions: Co-founder and CEO, Lifesum. Board member of Steep and Mjuk, Head of Premium Sales, Spotify. SVP Strategy, Stardoll. Several other positions.
• Independence in relation to the Company and management: Yes
• Independence in relation to major shareholders: Yes

Steve Savoca

• Current positions: Senior Advisor.
• Prior positions: Head of Music Business Partnerships, Apple Music. VP Content, Spotify. Senior roles at Domino Recording Co., Sire Records and Zomba Label Group. Board member of Merlin Network and Music Business Association.
• Independence in relation to the Company and management: Yes
