RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
Milan, September 17th, 2026 – INWIT S.p.A. announces that Mr. Rosario Mazza, Non -Executive Director, has resigned today , with immediate effect, from his position as Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Strategy Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, due to new professional commitments.
Based on the information available to the Company, the resigning Director does not hold any shares in the Company.
The Company expresses its grat itude to Mr. Rosario Mazza for his contribution .
The Board of Directors will proceed with co -optation , at its next available meeting, pursuant to Article 2396 -undecies of the Italian Civil Code (formerly Art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code) and in compliance with Article 13.17, sub 1) of the Company Bylaws .
