RES S.P.A.: DISCLOSURE ON OWN SHARE PURCHASES
Pettoranello del Molise (IS), July 13, 2026 – RES S.p.A. (RES), a company operating for over thirty years in the Circular Economy and environmental sustainability sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, within the framework of the own share purchase program, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 28, 2025 and initiated by the Board of Directors on December 30, 2025 – pursuant to and for the effects of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, and Article 2, paragraph 3, of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016 – announces that it has acquired on the aforementioned Euronext Growth Milan market (EXGM), in the period between July 06, 2026 and July 10, 2026 inclusive, a total of 2,979 own shares at a weighted average price of Euro 7.901 for a total securities value of Euro 23,536.82.
