During week 39, 21 September – 25 September 2026, Truecaller AB (publ) (LEI code 549300TEYF1FA5G5GK26) repurchased in total 1,000,000 own B shares (ISIN: SE0016787071), corresponding to 0.32% of outstanding capital. Following the the repurchases during week 39, Truecaller holds own shares corresponding to 2.78% of the total number of shares in the company.
At the 2026 AGM the Board of Directors was authorized to repurchase B shares until the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The authorization means that the Board may decide to repurchase B shares in such a number that the company's holding of its own shares does not, at any given time, exceed ten (10) percent of the total number of outstanding shares in the company.
The share buybacks formed part of the share buyback programme announced by Truecaller on 15 June 2026. The share buyback programme will take place between 15 June 2026 up until the 2027 AGM, and is carried out in accordance "Emittentregelverket".

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by SEB on behalf of Truecaller.
Following the above acquisitions and the cancellation of 24,185,040 B-shares during September, Truecaller's holding of own shares as of 25 September 2026 amounts to 6,622,525 B shares and 2,089,498 C shares, corresponding to 2.78% of the total number of shares in the company and 1.19% of the total number of votes.
The total number of shares in Truecaller, including own shares, amounts to 313,330,755 and the number of outstanding shares, excluding own shares, amounts to 304,618,732.
