At the extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) of Xer Tech Holding AB (publ), reg. no. 556769-3063, (the “Company”) on 17 September 2026, the following resolution was, among other things, passed. Resolution regarding amendment of the articles of association
The EGM resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal to amend the articles of association with respect to the business description so that it also covers surveillance activities and the provision of security services.
