On July 30, 2026, Nasdaq Vilnius has decided to reduce the number of shares in issue of AB Žemaitijos pienas (ISIN: LT0000121865) from 41 737 500 to 40 971 549 shares on the regulated market operated by AB Nasdaq Vilnius.
The reduction of the number of shares of AB Žemaitijos pienas will take effect on July 31, 2026 following the cancellation of own shares acquired by AB Žemaitijos pienas and subsequent registration of the reduced share capital with the Central Securities Depository Nasdaq CSD. Effective July 31, 2026, a total of 40 971 549 shares of AB Žemaitijos pienas (ISIN: LT0000121865) will be admitted to trading under the trading code ZMP1L with a nominal value of EUR 0.29 per share and the company's total share capital amounting to EUR 11 881 749.21.
