Record date and payment date of Lassila & Tikanoja Plc’s second dividend instalment of EUR 0.21

In the Annual General Meeting of Lassila & Tikanoja Plc held on 28 April 2026, it was resolved that based on the balance sheet adopted for the financial year 2025, a dividend of EUR 0.42 per share shall be paid in two instalments, and that the record date and payment date of the second dividend instalment shall be resolved by the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled for 18 September 2026.

The Board of Directors has today resolved that the dividend payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.21 per share will be 2 October 2026 and the dividend record date will be 22 September 2026 (originally on or about 1 October 2026 and 22 September 2026).

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, the first dividend instalment of EUR 0.21 per share was paid on 8 May 2026.
