Record and payment dates for Consti Plc’s second dividend instalment for the financial year 2025
The Annual General Meeting of Consti Plc held on 9 April 2026 resolved that a dividend of EUR 0.72 per share shall be paid for the financial year 2025 in two instalments. The first instalment of EUR 0.36 per share was paid on 20 April 2026. The second instalment, EUR 0.36 per share, will be paid to shareholders registered in the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date of the dividend. The Annual General Meeting resolved that Consti Plc’s Board of Directors shall decide on the record date and payment date of the second instalment of the dividend in its meeting scheduled for 22 October 2026.
The Board of Directors has on 22 October 2026 resolved in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the dividend payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.36 per share shall be 2 November 2026. The ex-dividend date for the second instalment shall be 23 October 2026 and dividend record date 26 October 2026.
