Cerillion Recognised in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™
for
CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been named in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions*.
The report evaluates commercial off-the-shelf solutions that use AI to support communications services providers' ("CSPs") marketing and sales operations, including capabilities embedded within Business Support Systems platforms as well as horizontal marketing and sales applications.
Cerillion believes its inclusion reflects the continued development of its AI-enabled Business Support Systems/Operations Support Systems ("BSS/OSS") capabilities and its product-led approach to embedding AI directly within operational workflows. Cerillion's AI strategy combines embedded AI assistants and AI agents with a model-agnostic architecture. This approach enables CSPs to apply AI across the systems used to create, sell, fulfil, charge and bill for products and services.
Key elements of Cerillion's AI architecture include its AI Management Centre, providing centralised governance and control of AI model usage; its MCP Server, enabling governed access to BSS/OSS capabilities through Progressive Discovery; and Agent2Agent support, enabling controlled collaboration between Cerillion, CSP-built and third-party agents.
Cerillion is also included in Gartner's accompanying Critical Capabilities for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions**, which evaluates vendors across four CSP marketing and sales use cases.
Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion plc, said,
"We are delighted to be included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions. We believe this reflects the significant investment we have made in embedding AI directly into our BSS/OSS product suite and connecting it to the operational systems that CSPs depend on every day."
Brian Coombs, Chief Product Officer of Cerillion plc, commented,
"Our focus is on helping customers move beyond standalone AI experiments towards practical, governed use cases that can deliver real business outcomes. By combining embedded AI, model choice, open standards and strong governance, we are enabling CSPs to adopt AI at their own pace while maintaining control over their business rules, data and operational processes."
