Reaktor Group Plc: Cancellation of shares
Reaktor Group Plc (“Reaktor”) has, in accordance with the decision by the Board of Directors of Reaktor, cancelled 990,000 own shares of the Company and the cancellation has been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today.
DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Finland Branch (“DNB Carnegie”) and Reaktor had agreed on a share issue and share return arrangement related to stabilization in the placing agreement entered into in connection with the offering. Pursuant to this arrangement, DNB Carnegie has returned 990,000 shares in Reaktor to Reaktor without consideration, and Reaktor has canceled these shares.
After the cancellation of the shares, the total number of shares in Reaktor will decrease from 26,448,650 shares to 25,458,650 shares. As a result of the cancellation of the shares, 990,000 shares in Reaktor will cease to be traded on the regulated market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about 30 July 2026.
