Essen, 26.09.2026. Currently, RAG-Stiftung has three outstanding bonds with an exchange right into shares of Evonik Industries AG (“Evonik”) (ISIN: DE000A30VPN9, DE000A352B25 and DE000A460KE7).
RAG-Stiftung confirms that it was contacted by BASF regarding a potential voluntary public takeover offer by BASF for Evonik.
A further announcement by RAG-Stiftung will be made as soon as and so far it is required.
RAG-Stiftung currently holds approximately 43.8% of the shares issued by Evonik.
