ABOUT PROVIDE IT
Provide IT Sweden operates in the IT sector. The company provides expertise in web and system development. The business consists of two business areas with two separate brands.
Consulting
Consulting is the company's largest business area and involves hiring primarily senior system developers as consultants. The business area's concept is innovative and gives consultants more freedom in terms of training, assignments, salary conditions, etc. than traditional consulting businesses.
The company believes that this simplifies the recruitment of senior system developers, which is usually the bottleneck in a consulting business's growth.

Digital agency
The digital agency provides strategy, design, development and management of websites, portals, e-commerce and other web-based solutions.
Unlike the consulting business area, the assignments are usually sold at a fixed price and carried out by staff in the company's offices.

CEO’S LETTER
The first quarter of the 2026/2027 financial year, April-June 2026, showed an improvement in company’s financial performance. The company reported revenues of 6,268 thousand SEK and an operating loss of 27 thousand SEK.
Revenues decreased marginally by 3% year-on-year to 6,268 thousand SEK. In the recent months we took a decision to focus more on the consulting leg of the business, which is the largest revenue stream. At the same time, we put lower priority on expanding low-margin segments and the digital agency. The market environment continues to be difficult with an intensive competition.
Operating loss decreased significantly year-on-year to 27 thousand SEK. The change is largely an effect of several cost-saving initiatives initiated by the management. This year we have implemented additional initiatives. The initial improvement should be visible in the financial numbers in 2Q and 3Q of the 2026/2027 financial year. The full effect will materialize early next year. The costs last year were also influenced by several one-off or non-recurring items, including costs related to the change of the former CEO.
We continue to believe that the current market environment is very challenging for smaller organizations. In the last months we reached out to selected IT consulting companies to check whether we see a potential for joining forces and approaching the IT market together. The initial outreach brought positive discussions. Therefore, we decided that we will continue this project. We are open to start discussions with all parties that might be interested in this area.
During the coming quarters, we will continue to focus on growing the topline and selective cost saving initiatives to further decrease the fixed costs base.
