Quantum-Si Announces Detection of 18 Amino Acids Using a Developmental Sequencing Kit on Proteus™

BRANFORD, Conn., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quantum-Si Incorporated (Nasdaq: QSI) (“Quantum-Si,” “QSI” or the “Company”), a proteomics company redefining protein analysis through single-molecule protein sequencing, today announced that it has demonstrated sequencing with detection of 18 amino acids using a developmental kit run on integrated Proteus™ instruments. The Company continues to expect to demonstrate detection of all 20 amino acids in 2026.
