QleanAir signs three agreements totaling approximately $1.1 million USD with US healthcare and life science customers, including the 12th cleanroom sold to one customer
QleanAir AB (publ), a leading provider of solutions for clean indoor air, has signed three agreements in the United States within a single week, totaling approximately $1.1 million USD. The agreements cover the first cleanroom for a regenerative medicine company within a life science district in Houston, Texas; the 4th cleanroom project for a globally recognized academic health system; and the 12th cleanroom for a state-owned academic health system in the Southeast. Together, the three projects represent approximately 2,700 square feet of cleanroom space, with completion expected between the end of Q4 2026 and the end of Q3 2027.

A regenerative medicine company has signed a materials and installation agreement of approximately $479,000 USD for its first QleanAir cleanroom, a 903 square foot suite within a life science district in Houston. The agreement follows a separate design and engineering agreement of approximately $88,000 USD signed in July 2026, bringing the total project value to approximately $567,000 USD. Completion is expected in Q1 2027.
A globally recognized nonprofit academic health system, with 23 hospitals and more than 80,000 caregivers, has signed a design and engineering agreement of approximately $78,000 USD for a 951 square foot cleanroom at one of its hospitals. This is the customer’s 4th QleanAir cleanroom project, and the design phase is expected to be complete by the end of Q4 2026.
A not-for-profit, state-owned academic health system in the Southeast, whose flagship academic medical center is a nationally ranked Level 1 trauma center, has signed an agreement of approximately $545,000 USD for an 837 square foot cleanroom serving its pediatric pharmacy. This is the customer’s 12th QleanAir cleanroom. Its first QleanAir cleanroom turns ten years old this year and remains in operation. Completion is expected by the end of Q3 2027.
