STRONG Q3. FURTHER 7% FY UPGRADE. |
Diploma PLC, the value-add solutions group, issues a trading update for the nine months ended 30 June 2026.

Organic growth of 15%. Very strong Q3 performance, continuing momentum from H1. |

Excellent execution in favourable market conditions in Controls, with continued double digit growth in IS Group, Clarendon, Peerless and Windy City Wire. Seals performance was a little stronger than H1. Resilient performance in challenging Life Sciences markets. |

Acquisition of CDM completed on 25 June, establishing a strong US interconnect platform with attractive positions, principally in defence. |
