Puuilo Plc: Financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 18 SEPTEMBER 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

Puuilo Plc's financial year starts on 1 February and ends on 31 January the following year. The company will publish financial reports in 2027 as follows:

Financial Statements Release 2026 (February 2026 – January 2027)  on 24 March 2027
Business Review Q1 (February – April 2027)                                            on 10 June 2027
Half-year Financial Report (February – July 2027)                                   on 10 September 2027
Business Review Q3 (February – October 2027)                                      on 10 December 2027

The Financial Statements 2026 and the Report by the Board of Directors will be published by the end of week 16.

Puuilo’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 13 May 2027. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting by a separate notice to be published at a later date.
