The Company announces that on 10 September 2026 it purchased 854,970 Ordinary Shares for cancellation. The price paid was 81.85p per Ordinary Share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 87,190,172 Ordinary Shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 87,190,172.
