PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED BY -LAWS
Colleferro ( Rom e), 23 July 2026 – Avio S.p.A. (“Avio” or the “Company”) informs that the updated By -
laws – as amended following the Board of Directors’ resolutions on 8 July 2026 - is available to the public at the company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the company's website ( www.avio.com , section “Corporate Governance” ) as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ( www.emarketstorage.it ).
