PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED BYLAWS
Osnago (Lecco), 17 July 2026 – Gens Aurea S.p.A. (EXM, OROX:IM – the “ Company ”), a European leader in the buying and selling of gold and precious metals, which, together with its subsidiaries (the “ Group ”), has been active in the market for over twenty years with a strong local presence and more than 530 retail locations throughout Europe as of December 31, 2025, announces that, following the admission to trading of its common shares on Euronext Milan, or ganized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on July 14, 2026, the new Articles of Incorporation have taken effect. These provide, among other things, that the share capital, amounting to 14 .836. 900 euros, is divided into 101. 000.000 common shares with no stated par value.
The new text of Gens Aurea’s Articles of Incorporation was filed today with the Como -Lecco Business Registry and will be made available on the Company’s website, www.gens -aurea.it, under the “Governance – Company Documents” section, as well as on the authorized storage platform 1INFO Storage.
