Publication of the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting Milan, July 9, 2026 – Gas Plus S.p.A. announces that the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on June 16, 2026, are available to the public at the registered office, on the website www.gasplus.it (Investor Relations / Corporate Governance section), and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (www.emarketstorage.it).
Gas Plus is the fourth largest Italian natural gas producer (estimates from the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment, ARERA) after Eni, Energean Italy, and Shell Italia E&P. It is active in the main sectors of the natural gas supply chain, particularly in exploration, production, distribution, and sales to end customers. As of December 31, 2025, the Group holds 39 production concessions distributed throughout Italy, manages a total of 1,800 kilometers of distribution network located in 40 Municipalities, serves approximately 45,000 end customers, with a workforce of approximately 130 employees.
