PUBLICATION OF THE EXTRACT OF THE SHAREHOLDERS ’ AGREEMENT AND
RELEVANT KEY INFORMATION
Colleferro (Rom e), 11 July 2026 – Further to the execution, on 6 July 2026, of the investment agreement between Vantage HYP (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., a company indirectly controlled by certain funds managed by, and/or for which investment advisory services are provided by, Advent Internationa l, L.P. and its affiliates, and Avio S.p.A. (“Avio” or the “Company ”), pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations, Avio announces that the extract of the shareholders ’ agreements that are relevant, or potentially relevant, pursuant to Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, lett. b), of the Italian Consolidated Financial Act, is available to the public on the authorised storage mechanism “eMarket Storage ” and on the Company ’s website at www.avio.com . The extract has also been published today in the newspaper “Italia Oggi” .
The key information required under Article 130 of CONSOB Issuers’ Regulation No. 11971/1999 is also available on the Company’s website.
