Energy S.p.A.: Publication of the application for protective measures pursuant to art. 18 of the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code Petition filed with the Court pursuant to art. 19 CCII for confirmation of the protective measures and granting of precautionary measures
Sant’Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD), 10 October 2026 – Energy S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Energy”), an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ISIN code IT0005500712, Ticker: ENY), parent company of the Energy Group, a full -system technology manufacturer of BESS (Battery En ergy Storage Systems) and a provider of cloud and engineering services, further to its press releases dated 30 September, 1 October and 9 October 2026, announces that, as part of the recovery process referred to in art. 12 et seq.
of Legislative Decree 14/ 2019, the so -called Business Crisis and Insolvency Code (“CCII”), initiated at the Trento Chamber of Commerce, following acceptance of the application submitted by the Company, the application for protective measures over its assets pursuant to art. 18 CCI I has been published in the Italian Business Register.
The Company further announces that, on 9 October 2026, it filed a petition with the Court of Padua pursuant to art. 19 CCII, seeking confirmation of the aforementioned protective measures and the granting of precautionary measures.
The Company will continue to provide the market with timely updates on developments in the proceedings, in accordance with applicable regulations.
