Publication of Annual Report and Accounts
The Company announces that, due to timing constraints, the Company's audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "2026 Annual Accounts") will not be published by 30 September 2026, being the final date allowed for publication in accordance with AIM Rule 19. The Company expects to publish its 2026 Annual Accounts in early October 2026. The Company’s ordinary shares remain suspended as a result of the proposed reverse takeover, details of which were announced on 5 August 2026.
