PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS
Calculus VCT plc (the "Company") announces that a Supplementary Prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") has been published today. This document is supplemental to the Prospectus dated 3 October 2025 (the "Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription of new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Offer").
The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of the Company's audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "2026 Accounts").
Key highlights from the 2026 Accounts include:
· Net Assets: £52.21 million
· Net Asset Value per Share: 56.43p
· Dividends Paid per Share: 2.82p (comprising a 1.13p interim dividend and a 1.69p final dividend due in October 2026)
· Target dividend yield: 5.0%
The auditor, MHA LLP, has reported on the 2026 Accounts without qualification.
The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. There have been no significant changes to the financial position or performance of the Company since 31 March 2026.
