By combining automated access, SOC-connected visibility, native data loss prevention, intelligent risk monitoring and rich investigation context, ShareFile Enterprise gives IT and security teams greater visibility, control and governance over sensitive document workflows, without disrupting the user experience.

• SIEM integration with Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel: Routes supported ShareFile activity and security events into existing SOC monitoring tools, providing ShareFile context where security teams already work and reducing dependence on manual log exports or custom integrations.
  
• Native DLP (available as of October 1, 2026): Detects supported sensitive text-based content and allows administrators to apply policies that can alert, restrict external sharing or prevent downloads, moving sensitive-data protection from user reminders to consistent policy enforcement.
  
• User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) (available as of October 1, 2026): Analyzes activity patterns to surface unusual behavior such as abnormal downloads, off-hours activity or atypical access patterns, helping security teams identify activity worth investigating sooner.
