PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

It is hereby announced that the Minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., held on 30 July 2026, are available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.it) and on the Company’s website www.unipol.com (under the section Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting/ Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting - 30 July 2026).
