The articles of association containing the amendment of articles 5 (“Capital”), resolved by the extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 July 2026 and approved by the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance “IVASS” in accordance with the law, are available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorized storage mechanism, eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.it ) and on the Internet site of the Company www.unipol.com (Governance/Corporate Governance System/Company’s By -Laws section).
