In accordance with article 85 -bis, paragraph 4- bis of the CONSOB Issuers’ Regulation, Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. announces the data relating to the shares in issue and the number of voting rights as at 21 July 2026 (record date concerning t he Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 30 July), as shown in the following table:

Unipol Group
