MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF JUNE 10, 2026

Bologna, July 7, 2026 – We hereby announce that the Minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Poligrafici Printing S.p.A. held on June 10, 2026, have been made available to the public today at the registered office and are also available for consultation at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the website of the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.it), and the Company's website www.poligraficiprinting.it.
Poligrafici Printing S.p.A. is a holding company that wholly controls Centro Stampa Poligrafici S.r.l., a company operating in the polygraphic printing sector. Furthermore, through the corporate vehicle Linfa S.r.l., it holds approximately 3% of the Italian Agri-food Parks Fund (PAI), which manages the "Grand Tour Italia" project.
Poligrafici Printing S.p.A. operates through CSP, primarily in the national industrial polygraphic printing market, with roto-offset presses (with and without dryers), operational up to 24 hours a day, located in the printing centers of Bologna, Florence, and Milan. The polygraphic activity is aimed at printing the newspapers published by Editoriale Nazionale S.r.l., Gazzetta di Parma S.r.l., Gedi News Network S.p.A., Editoriale Libertà S.p.A., and Cooperativa Editoriale Giornali Associati – Cooperativa S.P.A. The business model of Poligrafici Printing S.p.A. focuses on enhancing the potential offered by the strategic positioning of production facilities and printing capacity, which allows for offering printing slots in a sector characterized by high entry barriers due to the scale of investment required and the technical expertise possessed by few operators in the sector, but it also aims at evaluating strategic opportunities in other business sectors.
