MEGLIOQUESTO: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FINANCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL RESTRUCTURING PLAN CONTINUES
Milan, July 13, 2026
MeglioQuesto S.p.A. ("MeglioQuesto" or the "Company" or the "Issuer"), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan that manages a phygital marketplace of services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, announces that, as part of the financial and industrial restructuring process already presented to the market, further significant progress has been made in the implementation of the recovery plan for the Company and its group.
In particular, within the simplified composition proceedings concerning the various controlled operating companies, an application has been filed pursuant to art. 25-septies of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, aimed at obtaining authorization for the transfer of the relevant businesses prior to the approval of the respective proceedings. As a result of this initiative, the hearing for approval has been postponed to November 19, 2026.
As previously announced to the market, the completion of the aforementioned business transfers is an essential prerequisite for the approval of the Debt Restructuring Agreement proposed by the Company.
The Company will promptly inform the Market of the acceptance of the application and the consequent measures.
