Precise Biometrics invites investors, shareholders, analysts, and media to an open digital investor presentation on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CEST.
During the presentation, CEO Joakim Nydemark will discuss the strategic rationale behind the merger with Fingerprint Cards and how the ongoing rights issue, with the subscription period running from July 29 to August 12, 2026, will finance the integration, realize identified synergies, and enable investments in priority growth areas.
Through the merger, Precise Biometrics has created a more comprehensive offering combining software, hardware, and deep domain expertise.
