POZZI MILANO: KID UPDATE RELATING TO THE “POZZI MILANO 2022 -2027 WARRANTS”
NOTIFIED TO CONSOB
Monticelli Brusati (BS), July 20th, 2026 – Pozzi Milano S.p.A. (“Pozzi Milano ” or the “ Company ”), active in the tableware fashion sector and owner of the “EasyLife” , “Mascagni Casa” brand s and, through its subsidiary Pozzi Brand Diffusion S.r.l., of the “Pozzi” and “Castello Pozzi” brands , announces that today it has notified the competent offices of CONSOB of the updated KID relating to the “Pozzi Milano 2022 -2027 Warrants” (ISIN: IT0005499923), as required under the applicable regulations.
The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardised information document prepared with the aim of presenting the characteristics of financial products in a manner that is easy for investors to understand, pursuant to the European PRIIPs Regula tion (Packaged Retail and Insurance -based Investment Products). Its purpose is to enable the comparison of different financial products and enhance the transparency of the information relating to such instruments, thereby facilitating informed investment d ecisions.
The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID also based on any guidelines that may subsequently be issued by the competent supervisory authorities.
It should be noted that, as of today, 4,261,250 “Pozzi Milano 2022 -2027 Warrants” are outstanding entitling their holders to subscribe for one newly issued ordinary share for each warrant exercised during the remaining exercise periods, as provided for under the “Regulation of the Pozzi Milano 2022 -2027 Warrants” .
