Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR assisted Monitoring and Optimisation solution across multiple wind turbine platforms, announces that its audited annual results and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("FY25 Results") and notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Zeus Capital Limited, 12th floor, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR on 30 September 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
