Reference is made to the share option program of poLight ASA (the "Company").
In an exercise window opened in connection with the publication of the Company's Q2 2026 results, option holders under the share option program have exercised 1,230,247 vested options with a strike price of NOK 3.20 per share, 157,215 vested options with a strike price of NOK 3.78 per share, 317,106 vested options with a strike price of NOK 3.95 per share, 29,165 vested options with a strike price of NOK 4.33 per share and 29,167 vested options with a strike price of NOK 5.11 per share, in total 1,762,900 share options.

The exercised options will be settled by delivery of 1,762,900 new shares in the Company. To issue such new shares, the Company's board of directors has resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 70,516.00 pursuant to the board authorization to increase the Company's share capital granted at the Company's annual general meeting held on 20 May 2026. Following the registration of such share capital increase in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company will have a share capital of NOK 8,597,941.84 divided into 214,948,546 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.04
Primary insiders Marianne Sandal (COO), Pierre Craen (CTO) and Øyvind Isaksen (CEO) have transferred their rights to receive 1,109,586 of the new shares following the exercise of options to DNB Carnegie in order to complete a joint sale of such number of shares.
