PLANETEL NOTIFIES WITHDROWAL FROM THE EGA AGREEMENT WITH ALANTRA
AND FROM THE SPECIALIST AGREEMENT WITH MIT SIM SPA
Treviolo (B ergamo ), 25 September 2026 – Planetel S.p.A. (the " Company " or " Planetel "), the parent company of the eponymous group operating in the telecommunications sector nationwide, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the multilateral trading facility organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. , hereby announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that today it formally notified Alantra of the exercise of its right of withdrawal from the Euronext Growth Advisor agreement, with the consequent termination of the related services effective 28 December 2026 inclusive.
The Company, also on today's date, notified MIT SIM S.p.A. of the exercise of its right of withdrawal from the Specialist agreement, with termination of the related services effective 31 December 2026 inclusive.
The Company has initiated the actions necessary to appoint a new Euronext Growth Advisor and Specialist, in accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation and applicable law.
