Pharmability selects CTC as CRO for its planned Phase Ib study of TIR-C in atopic dermatitis
Pharmability today announced that it has selected CTC Clinical Trial Consultants AB (CTC) as the contract research organisation (CRO) for the company’s planned Phase Ib study of its lead drug candidate TIR-C in atopic dermatitis (eczema). CTC will be responsible for implementing and delivering the approved clinical study, which will be performed in Sweden.
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, August 26, 2026 – The Phase Ib study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TIR-C in patients with atopic dermatitis. The study was approved by the Swedish Medical Products Agency earlier this summer.
Under the collaboration, CTC will support Pharmability across the clinical conduct of the study, including clinical operations, biometrics, pharmacovigilance and clinical pharmacology, leveraging its own clinical research units and infrastructure for subject recruitment in Sweden.
